How to use

Diffuser: Add 15-20 drops to your diffuser.

Sleep Tranquillity: Add a few drops to bed sheets, bed covers or pillowcases.

  • Inhalation & Vaporisation: Add up to 5 drops of oil to water.

  • Bathing: Add up to 5 drops of oil to water or mix with 20ml of blending oil and swirl into water.

  • Massage: Blend up to 5 drops of oil into 10ml of base massage/carrier oil.
