Facial Treatments: Add up to 2 drops of essential oil to every 10ml of carrier oil.

Bathing: Add up to 5 drops of essential oil to every 20ml of carrier oil & swirl into water.

Massage: Add up to 5 drops of essential oil to every 10ml of carrier oil.
